- Document collection and delivery:
- Collect documents from your organizations' offices at designated times and deliver to your destination.
- Collect documents from organization's client premises and deliver to their offices. All collection requests will be emailed to us on a standard template that will be provided by us at the commencement of the services.
- Have back up support units who will collect and deliver urgent documents whenever these fall outside of the designated times.
- Provide a proof of delivery (POD) for each document delivered/collected by us. The POD will indicate the time of delivery as well as the name of the person delivered to and each bill will be preprinted to indicate the sender's name.
- Send a summary list of documents collected and delivered on a daily basis for records.
- Collection of all mail from post office when required.

- Payment of utility bills
- Payment of Statutory Returns – NHIF, NSSF, PAYE
- Company vehicles document renewals and registration
- Collection and Delivery for Visa applications for countries where personal appearance is not required.
